We used to live in Leesburg in an end townhouse and our neighbors had FOUR dogs they'd lock on the back deck (which had no stairs down) and leave them out there barking for hours. I'm not ashamed to admit I threw few chicken bones over there thru the two years we lived there. To no avail.
